A. Subscription costs: Basic $399/year, Standard $699/year, Premium $999/year

Q. What happens after I subscribe?

A. Once you complete your signup you will be contacted by your Maintenance Manager. They will work with you to set up the date and time for your first Home Assessment.

Q. How soon after I sign up should I expect my first service visit?

A. After signup, your Maintenance Manager will contact you and you will be scheduled for the first assessment. The normal scheduling window is within 2 weeks or as your schedule permits.

Q. How many visits does my subscription cover?

A. Our Basic Plan includes 2 visits per year, or every six months. Our Standard Plan and Premium Plan both include 4 visits per year, or every 3 months.

Q. How much do Additional Services cost?

A. HandyVegas provides you with a flat rate of $99/hour for Additional Services. We think this takes the guesswork out of finding fairly priced professional service. Parts & Materials cost extra if the work falls outside of your included maintenance subscription.

Q. Who pays for Parts and Materials?

A. Basic Materials such as filters (up to MERV 8), batteries, and standard light bulbs are included for standard and commonly available products. Specific parts related to repairs of broken items will be ordered and charged for separately. Parts and Materials for handyman projects or other emergency issues that may arise are not included.

Q. What if my project requires a licensed contractor?

A. We've built a referral network of recommended licensed general contractors, electricians, and plumbers in Clark County, NV. If you have projects requiring a licensed Nevada contractor, permits or approvals with the city we can refer you to a recommended third-party. Pricing will be quoted independently per project by third-party.

Q. What should I expect during my first service visit?

A. During your first service visit, your technician will perform a comprehensive property checkup, evaluating all of your major systems, document all your appliances, and perform any other routine maintenance that's possible to be completed during that visit. The appointment generally takes between 1 to 3 hours depending on the size of your home and selected service plan.

Q. What's included in my subscription?

A. Every plan we offer includes an annual property assessment report, which provides a detailed evaluation of your property's condition. This report is an essential tool that helps you to identify any potential issues and prioritize necessary repairs or maintenance. Included with all plans:

-Life/Safety Hazards Evaluation -Catalog major systems and appliances
